Refund policy
If a customer decides they no longer want the ordered products, they may cancel their order as per the following terms:
- Cancellation can be requested by phone call or E-mail. Phone calls for cancellation will place orders on hold but must be followed up with an E-mail before the cancellation process will officially commence.
- For soaps, if a cancellation is made before soaps have been shipped, or custom soap blocks produced, Gilaas will refund 100% of the cost to the customer
- If a custom block is ordered and has been produced but not yet shipped, Gilaas will refund 50% of the paid price to the customer.
- If products have been shipped, no refund will be made.
- For gift packages, if additional products are ordered other than the selected soap and Gilaas has already purchased these for the customer, the cost of the additional products is not refundable as these are purchased by Gilaas individually per customer order.
- If a customer orders a gift pack and cancels their order prior to Gilaas purchasing any of their additional gift package products, Gilaas will fully refund the customer.
